For the restaurant of Rosapetra SPA Resort we are looking for 1 chef de partie:

The figure sought will be responsible for supporting the brigade in the operation of the service by managing a batch and where required, will fulfil the interchangeability of the batches.

The resource will have to ensure compliance with all HACCP regulations.

Experience gained within hotel or restaurant contexts of a level consistent with our structure is required.
